The prices of our products are indicated in euros, taxes included (VAT and other applicable taxes on the day of the order), unless otherwise specified and excluding the cost of processing and shipping.
If an order is made in another country than the metropolitan France, you shall be the importer of the products. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be applicable. BIO COMPOSANTS MÉDICAUX is not liable for these rights and amounts. They will be at your expense and are entirely your responsibility, in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies in the country concerned. We advise

Each order, regardless of its source, is payable in euros.
BIO COMPOSANTS MÉDICAUX reserves the right to modify the prices at any moment, but the product will be charged according to the current rate when validating the order and is subject to availability in stock.
The products remain the property of BIO COMPOSANTS MÉDICAUX until full payment has been made.
Warning: when you physically take possession of the products you ordered, any risk of lost or damage is transferred to you.

Article 4 - Validation of your order

The confirmation of your order consists of a proof of your signature and implies the agreement to the business transaction made.

Article 5 - Payment
The validation of your order implies your obligation to pay the indicated price.
The payment must be made by credit card via the secure system 3-D Secure by PAYPLUG.
You card will only be debited upon the payment of your order.
Article 6 - Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, the withdrawal must be made within 14 days upon receipt of your products in order for you to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give any reasons or incurring penalties.
Any returned product must be made in its original and complete state (packaging, accessories, notice). In doing so, you will be held responsible. Any damage incurred can void your right of withdrawal.
You are liable for any return fees.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, BIO COMPOSANTS MÉDICAUX will reimburse the amounts paid within 14 days following the notification of your request via the same payment method used when ordering.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is not applicable to:
The provision of fully complied services before the end date of the right of withdrawal and which execution upon express prior agreement of the consumer and express renunciation of his right of withdrawal.
The provision of goods likely to rapidly deteriorate or become outdated.
The provision of goods that have been unpackaged by the consumer after shipping and that cannot be returned for hygienic or health safety reasons.
The provision of goods which, upon shipping and according to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.
Article 7 - Availability
Our products are available as long as they are visible on the

Moreover, the www.falcon-fiber.com Website is not intended for massive sales. Therefore, BIO COMPOSANTS MÉDICAUX reserves the right to refuse orders of identical items.
Article 8 - Shipping
The products are shipped to the address indicated during the processing of the order, within the period indicated on the order validation page.
If the shipment is delayed, you will receive an email to inform you of such eventual consequence.
In accordance with the applicable laws, if the shipment is delayed, you will have the right to cancel the order according to the Terms and conditions defined in Article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code. If, in the interim, you receive the product, we will reimburse you and pay the related shipping costs according to the Terms and conditions defined in Article L 138-3 of the Consumer Code.
If the shipping is made by a carrier, BIO COMPOSANTS MÉDICAUX cannot be held liable for any shipping delays exclusively caused by the unavailability of the customer after various appointment propositions.
Article 9 - Warranty
Our products come with a legal warranty concerning product conformity and latent defect, according to Articles 1641 and others of the Civil Code. In the event of the nonconformity of a product sold, the latter may be returned, exchanged or reimbursed.
Any claim, exchange or reimbursement request must be made by email within 7 days upon shipping.
The products must be returned in the state in which you received them with all the elements included (accessories, packaging, notice…). The shipping fees will be reimbursed according to the rate charged and the return fees will be reimbursed upon presentation of the appropriate supporting documents.
Article 10 - Liability
The products offered are in compliance with the French legislation in force. BIO COMPOSANTS MÉDICAUX is not responsible in case of the non-respect of the legislation in the country where the products are delivered. You must check with the local authorities for the possibility of importing or using products or services you plan to order.
Furthermore, BIO COMPOSANTS MÉDICAUX cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from any improper use of the products. The customer is the sole party responsible for selecting the products and their suitability to his or her needs. The customer, as a professional, must verify the conditions of use of the products (notably their precautions of use, contraindications, warnings and expiration date).
Finally, BIO COMPOSANTS MÉDICAUX is not liable for any inconvenience or damages due to the use of Internet, namely in the event of an

Article 11 - Applicable law in the event of a dispute
The present contract is written in French. The Terms and conditions are governed by the French law. In the event of a litigation, the French courts will be only qualified.
